how do you get the potion for the futa content or use any potion you buy in general
You can get potions in the game by visiting the potion shop which is in the town square (the town area with the buildings and the fountain/statue). Inside, talk to the shop keeper and ask her about "more potions". She will give you a quest, which you will need to complete to be able to buy the other potions.
