I try to play arcade mode but my game crashes every time. I've turned down the grapics, turned off post processing, and fixed res but it won't work. Any ideas to help? (0.1.8/9)

Its speculated that 1.8 has a bug in the arcade mode.
1.9 on Patreon seems to be fixed for it, but the update for it to be released on Itch is still unknown for now.
They doing a big update for 2.0 version, because they reworking the game with character design, scenery and re-creating Story mode Night 1 and 2. So when 2.0 is done and ready for Patreon, the 1.9 should arrive later after it.
I’ve tried out 1.19 and it still happens, although I didn’t change settings. To describe what happens, sound stops when I get into the arcade mode menu and when I try to play, it either lodes a little then a pop up with the icon and an “!” Pops up or it just closes. Anything to do with that?
Edit: Thank you for your help, but ended up downgrading to 1.16 and now it works. I don’t know why but 1.17 loaded but crashes after. I hope I can get them to work in the future though.
