The problem from two months ago, still remains for me.
Thank you very much for pointing this out again. Bugs come in from a lot of angles and sometimes they fall through the cracks. The error that I have now resolved here is that the scene also requires Carla 3, instead of 2.

Edit:I tried it out and now I got the "Carla Teaches Sami" Event.
