Cool story based puzzle game. I like that the therapist and the patient are constantly on the screen and talk as you progress. The flow of the puzzles is relatively clear.
I personally would have removed the ? signs once they were of no use anymore, but that is probably personal taste.
Movement was good, but could have been better (maybe a little faster movement?). Unfortunately the music did not loop so it was a silent journey for me :(
Overall very nice game with a cool concept and a good adaptation to the theme (better than all water based games I see :] )
