Could someone post the skin texture resources ive re-downloaded like 8 times and the skins are still pink for me

Does not help since its from hardware issues and not the texture.
If you think you missing texture files, then try whitelist the folder or location you extracting it to and try again.
Otherwise you might have a outdated or old Graphic card type.
You can try update the graphic card, but if it does not work, then nothing more i can help with.
