Hmm I'm sorry! The Flash version occasionally had crashes on machines with low resources. There are options in the options menu to make the game take less memory (but it affects the visuals a little.)
I wonder if I introduced bugs when porting it, or if this is something which has always happened! I haven't seen it happen yet.
