I don't give out timelines because if I miss them it disappoints people. But it's very unlikely you'll be able to control the entire town in the next two versions.
More Chastity content (more everything content) coming very soon after the next update's brand-new combat system is done. From v0.20.0 onwards it'll be all story, all the time!
