same problem, walk though just says to go to medical office after hannah shows up and the teleport and region change arrows disappear so I can't move to that area.
edit: I tried going back to game version 1.65, but the save isn't recognized. So I'm stuck and unable to continue the game any further. Also tried going back to other saves, on 1.75, further back in my playthrough and playing back to this point, but no luck.
edit 2: took a while, but I figured out how to bring my 1.75 save file 1 to 1.65 and make it work. once I did that, the red arrows returned and I was able to move over to the medical center area. once I made it there, I saved again and brought that save back to the 1.75 game version and now it seems to be working and I can progress with the story... for now.
edit 3: defiantly something wrong with the 1.75 game files. When going through Lilith's story, following the walkthrough, there are multiple times the red arrows for moving to the medical area disappear and I need to take my save back to 1.65 in order to continue with the story. I've tried redownloading from the MEGA link on patron a couple times, but the same thing keeps happening. Maybe the MEGA download got corrupted or something...
