We will look into it. One thing that you can do for now is start a new save file (you can skip the first week if you want) and go through Asuka's route again. I believe how the softlock happened was after buying the dress and giving it to Asuka, I continued doing the work to get some more money. After reaching 400 again, the line that tells the player that they have enough money to buy the dress appeared again. That mightve been the cause. I hope this lead would help find the bug. I wish you luck.
