Anyone know how to unlock the "couldn't sleep" choice when Arshem asks why you're late for breakfast? I feel like I've tried everything...

Where is quills room is it front of our room cause it only says its to quiet to hear anything
You have to go downstairs. It's a side door on the left, kind of hard to see.
