Go to their Discord and ask them those questions yourself.
If its because you got banned on their Discord, that you asking others to do it, then dunno what to say other then.
Why did you make yourself banned in the first place.
Other then that, its better to follow up on Discord then just staying on Itch.io and wait. The devs never really go to this site that much and look for questions, because they got a channel for it on Discord.
