It's a pretty fun idea :) Maybe it could be better if we not have to change tool every 5s. Maybe it could be nice to have patient always sleeping and a number in the bed for the number of teeth.
Thanks, glad to hear that :) but I feel like they are already solutions to constant tool swapping. Vital monitor renders dental mirror useless and anesthetic dispenser puts patients to sleep automatically. Upgrades have their cost, but make the game easier
