What I would do for making levels is
1. Make a layout (Including Notebooks)
2. Add textures you want
3. Add decorations, furniture, and doors
4. Add characters (Including Points)
5. Add triggers (Like faculty triggers)
6. Test the level (Verify the level if it is possible)
