Yes, Adam actually genuinely cares about Alex, hence the latter’s “addiction” to him! And while not evil deep down, Adam is far from being a good person (thoughts for Violetta here…). So, yeah, the conflict of their relationship, Alex’s need to have someone in his life, Adam’s caring attitude towards him, but the fact he’s factually treating him as a side-partner, the fact that Alex isn’t able to put an end to the relationship… yes, there’s a lot going on about these two and I’m glad you caught what I wanted to communicate!
