If you tried the Image minimap, it should display. Strange. Let's figure this out.

  1. If you remove the space on the <ImgMinimap: Map> to <ImgMinimap:Map> it works?
  2. When you start the game, press F8 or F12, and go to the CONSOLE tab of the browser window that will be opened. Send me a screenshot of what is in there.
  3. Did you check if it is plugin compatibility, by trying only with my plugins ON?
  4. Did you check if the Minimap hidden switch is not hidden the minimap?
  5. When using the Tile Minimap, did you set up the colors on the plugin parameters?
  6. Did you check the sample project?

If none of that works, upload a sample project for me replicating the error, so I can take a look. You can send me the link here or Discord, or on the forum PM.

I have created a new (empty) project .I have installed "EliMZ_Book" (Version 5.4.10) and just after "EliMZ_MinimapPro" (Version 4.1.3). I have activated both plugins. Only these 2 plugins are installed. I created a folder named "minimap" in the "img" directory. I added <ImgMinimap:Map> to the "note" section of my map. I placed an image named "Map.png" inside the "minimap" folder. But doesn't work.

This is the "Elements" screenshot. I need the CONSOLE tab screenshot.

You have a problem on the plugin parameters. You need to open the parameters and setup them. Click on each one, see what they can do, and properly fill them.

Every plugin you install on your project, you need to check their parameters. Not everything will be ready/plug and play. Some parameters requires the user input.

Can you tell me which parameter to change? I've looked, but I haven't found anything.

Since you created the plugin, you should know what to change in the default settings.

Yes ^^. The error is pointing to the Fog Parameters. But there could be more.

What you have to do, in this specific case, is just go there and open the parameters until you reach the last page.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't mean to be rude, only objective, so I apologize if I sounded rude.

When you install a plugin, you are suppose to open the plugin parameters and check them. That is not only to avoid errors, but to guarantee that the plugin will work as you want it to work.

Plugin parameters are made for the user to adjust the plugin settings. Some plugins have less parameters. On another words, just a "layer" of parameter. In such cases, maybe the plugin will work as default.

When the plugin have more layer of parameters, meaning you have to double click a parameter to open another window to fill them, it is likely that the user must open the plugin on the plugin manager to refresh/setup these parameters.

Let me know if you managed to make it work! ^^

it works, thx

Nice!

Have fun! ^^
