Do you by chance know how to give yourself an item cuz i have a bug that it skipped the scene i was supposed to get fuchsia flower and now i am stuck and cant do the quest

and then you get "???" mission in progress menu, then go to hospital for call sakura
I try this and it work, but it only with kakashi as hokage not tsunade
