Alright, then there is no license available on itch.io that guarantees people can use assets in their games without breaking a license?
I updated the pages to all rights reserved. But put in a license. TXT that grants usage for commercial projects as long as conditions are applied.

I am not sure that understood you. CC-BY4 allow "any" usage of material commercial or not and allow redistribution in "any" form but requires proper credits...
What do you mean when you say "... games without breaking a license?"? I am not sure that I understand where "license breaking"...
- Your aim is too allow people use your asset in commercial projects? CC-BY4 allows it.
- Your aim is too allow people use your asset in commercial projects but prohibit reselling on it is own? You need custom license.
