how can i engage in the bossfight with tank and scar ?
I think it's tank or scar but the way is (also currently only patreon until 9.0 comes out)
1.talk with the bartender about the cocky guard
2.see his event on the tracks
3.I think you talk to jester or the bartender
4. You should be able to sneak into camp during the day
