Hmmm, I can't say exactly what the problem is without looking at your save file.
So, when you clicked the blue save disk, and selected .045 and then it still didn't work? If so, I'm really not sure what the issue would be.
The only other solution would be if you wanted to DM me your save file on discord, I could go in and manually fix whatever issue is causing it.
