Hi, got a few pathways on this game and it´s easy to miss a some events due to the open world-ish nature of it. The blonde woman is found through the exploration events. There´s a little "guide-section" on the Discord on how to get to the best stuff in the game (fixed the discord link by now, expires every month..)
But since my new update is released in a few days, maybe opt for trying a run then.
