So i found weird bug:
if you wanna have sex with girl that live in your room
if you dress her in maid costume and cum inside her
she will not go to sleep with you
however if you don't dress her in maid costume and cum inside her
she will sleep with you
i think it would be better if she would automatically sleep with you if you sleep in own room and leave the costume out of the question since she sleeps in her undies anyway
