in chaos milki is easy. She get at 3million ML production at some point and the milk starts to overflow everithing

You were close. The “make waves” secret activates when you completely white out the entire screen with her milk and not letting her happiness drop to zero during the process. It took me about 90 minutes of playing to get it the first time.
