I'm guessing you're using an older version of Unity? As on Linux it always goes on my second monitor, no matter what's picked in the launcher.

Huh, that's weird. I'll look into it, thanks for the heads up - though I am using an older version of Unity at the moment and can't upgrade because I'm in the middle of a project. I imagine that's the problem.
