I bought the game but only have iPad and iPhone is there anyway I can play the full game in browser or no.

My apologies, but there isn't an iOS build of the game. Itch makes it tricky to sell in-browser builds of games as well, which is a shame.
My honest advice would be to contact Itch's support email and ask for a refund. They're generally very helpful. Sorry again!
