How did you get 18 round limit?
The latest patch allows you to keep going after 10 wins up to 18 rounds.

I'm not sure why, but I'm playing on 0.3.5 and still not getting a continue option after 14 trophies. Do I need to get a higher ranking than Gold to unlock it, or something?
