Pretty cute and fun little game you have here!

"The feeling of having to run around and catch blocks before they hit the ground... The satisfying reward of getting as many coins as you can... it all adds that classic addictive gameplay element to this Mario-esque pick-up-and play."

There are a couple of notes I have:

- Is there a reason why some blocks fall outside the screen on the first level?

- Maybe nerf the octopus guys; They're more annoying than challenging. Might I suggest something that kills them easier than just the bullets and thwomp enemies? Or maybe a restriction that prohibits them from phasing through bricks. Or perhaps keep their current difficulty, and put them on more challenging levels instead of, like... the second level. I can't respawn without dying in the next 10 seconds...

- Maybe just make the jump button the up button; Just feels right.

- The music is repetitive, but catchy. Nice!

- A block-throwing ability would be cool! Maybe not all the blocks, just special ones... that'll teach those octos!


Pretty cool game! A lot of effort went into this, keep it up!

Get the purple things to the side they wont follow you if you stay away from them.

You can also stay away from their holes and they wont spawn.
