I have some feedback after playing it for a little longer than anticipated. So, I like the music and opening quite a bit. It really brings about this summer vibe that I don't often see in pixel games like this. I quite like the character designs but... there's one thing that I still haven't figured out. And that is what limit the player's opinion has been risen for the set of female characters. Sadly, I think I may have missed out on some events because I either poorly timed things or felt like some of it was rng when some events feel planned. But an issue I found was that, I did not know how to open the menu... or rather the lack of one. Even if I cannot save manually, it would be nice being able to keep track of what they think of your deeds in helping them out or just spending some time with you. As well as being able to better keep track of just how tired the player is since I found that unless I chose to rest or go through the Osen, I'd lose an entire day or three because it didn't inform me too well. I hope to see more since honestly it looks quite promising. If you also need help with sharing videos, a simple one would be to use something like webmshare or through twitter. Best of luck to you and to a fruitful patron.
Oh man I feel so bad! There's a menu and you can keep track of events and mood of the characters, plus your "tiredness" level! It's entirely my fault for not showing the player how to do it, it's the Escape button on the keyboard. I will add how to do it in the tutorial screen, sorry about that friend.
Thank you for the feedback and kind words :)
Update. I learned and checked everything. I had seen everything before learning about the menu. Must also add that, the Menu UI is quite clean and easy on the eyes. Quite straight forward and useful for keeping track of everything you need to know about yourself, the location of the girls, and what their mood is like. While talking to them improves their mood, spending time with them improves their relationship with you. There's not much like it out there with a focus on hot springs and working there. Usually games that have it as a focus have it more so as a vacation/holiday setting where steamy things happen. But here you work, stay clean, and try to stave off whatever stress comes while getting to better know the residents/visitors. I am deeply looking forward to how this game develops. Best of luck to you and your team (if you have help with the project).
I enjoyed a lot reading (and re-reading) your comment, I really appreciate such kind feedback!! My main inspiration for the setting comes from Love Hina ( a broke failed-to-enter-college student goes to a hot spring to work as a manager) + Slam Dunk ( with the rebellious MC). It took A LOT of time (re-doing things til I'm happy about something is my main skill haha).
I'm actually working on this alone, but I enjoy it a lot thanks to nice people like you. It's a blessing to have people interested in this.
Thanks a lot friend :)
