Extract the compressed file onto wherever is fitting for you, let's just say Desktop for explanation's sake. Once you have extracted it onto your desktop, click the folder open, and click on "Pumpkin Panic". I am not sure how you would see it, but it is an application type (.exe). The application should run once you have completed these steps.
