You have to buy the costumes from Marie´s store in the arcade mode.Right now Golden Frenni has only her original outfit.
My mistake. Marie gets her outfit in 1.9. So for now its only those 4 that has outifts.But once you bought the outfits for them, you just go to "Modify Girls", and select wich one you wanna change.
