Such a cool concept! I don't work well at all under pressure 😅 but I had fun! I love the visual style, especially the customers, great work on that!
The game could start a tiny bit slower (less customers) and with less ingredients to let the player get used to the sushi making mechanic, it would allow less skilled players to still get some satisfaction out of it before getting to the hard part.
