I really appreciate that your town has a prominent melody that drives the character of the town. This makes it a better video game town theme which nails the objective and theme. I like the soft plucky stringed instrument paired with the soft and hollow woodwind instrument. There is a tinkling sound in the background which adds ambience without being a sample (I appreciate musical ambient representation like this - it shows your skill).
