I really like the two chords you alternate between - they give a floaty feeling that is enhanced by the rising bell arpeggio. The ambience and the panning really help with the immersiveness of the song and do help transport my mind to the town you created. I also am noticing how well-written the choral pads are on my second listen through. I especially like that you give them space to allow the reverb to die a little before the next chord.
