I originally used the term "intersex" in version 1.0, but I was told that it was incorrect and misleading. I was then advised by a few people from the intersex community to change it to "hermaphrodite" instead (since it was apparently more fitting and they even gave me examples of other video games using it. I figured if others were using it, it would be okay for me to do the same). But I wasn't aware that it was an offensive term or a slur until now T_T So I'm very sorry — especially towards anyone I offended or made uncomfortable by ignorantly using that word!! I still have a lot to learn about the intersex community, so this was very helpful for me ;v; /gen Thank you!
But yeah, at this point, I think I might just change it to "both" in a future update... ^^; Thanks again for your support and I hope you'll enjoy the better, updated version of 14DWY once it's released!!
