The controls aren't diagonally because of a lack of time. I'll probably fix it once the jam ends.
Also I know the difficulty is really hard. I guess it was easy for me because I made the game, but I'll have to improve it too.
And about the police, that's totally a bug. They are specifically programmed to not spawn near to you. I'll check it out.
