Thanks! I was looking for entries with a similar concept. I love you approach!

I started it as a technical challenge. My objective was to create an AI capable of traversing any platforming level and later on think about the game itself and level design.
The problem was once it was "okay", I was already low on time and adding the option to change the route and recalculate it, added some interesting challenges I had not predicted.

I could have made it easier by introducing some hacks for a specific level, but I wanted a versatile AI.
I will probably work a bit more on it in the future to have at least the prototype working as expected.
