It's good that you have decided to reduce the amount of cgs, because if I remember correctly, you said that they take awhile to complete, and less cgs mean more time to work on other parts of the game.
I like being able to explore the cabin more, but I hope that actions/choices that will make Noah mad, such as looking into a box will be obvious.
Great job on multitasking! I have never made a game before, but I have played several, and I write as a hobby as well, so I can honestly say that I am looking forward to a more story-based (is that what it's called?) ending.
Going back to fix something, instead of leaving it alone in favor of finishing the rest of the game takes dedication, and I am so happy that there is yet another ending!
The blood splatter reminds me a bit of Resident Evil 7 Biohazard's splatter effect, where it shows blood around the screen when you get hurt. That was really creative, by the way. And it is really easy to tell the difference between the physical and mental effects.
With every update, you show how good this game is going to be. Currently, there are so few games I can play, (lately, some new Ren'py games can't be played on Joiplay), that I end up being bored every day. So, I look forward to this game even more, because of that.
Speaking of Joiplay, I hope that you don't change the version of Ren'py you used for the first demo, as I don't know if I can play a different version on Joiplay. But if you have to change the version, I hope you could make a web version if it doesn't work for Joiplay.
Sorry this reply is so long, and sorry for my selfish request. I hope you stay healthy and happy, always. ^_^
