FPV Freerider here on Itch includes Windows,Mac and Linux versions.
So if you have a Windows tablet you can install it on both your computer and tablet.
I guess you are referring to the Android version available on the Google Play Store though. That version is separate and needs to be purchased separately, fortunately it's pretty cheap.
