I already had the pleasure of playing the demo but I finally found a moment to dive into the whole story, too. And what a charming experience it was. 💕
The whole cast was fun and lovely (partially thanks to excellent voice acting) but Chrys was hands down my favorite. As a fellow over-thinker, his fears and motivations really spoke to me and I feel like I could've said some of his lines myself. (right down to his opinions on noisy children lol) (he's also just the biggest cutie, I'm not sorry) And I think you did a great job showing him work through his fears and slowly accept his feelings for Shay. (though I wish we learned a bit more about Chrys's past; there were hints here and there but nothing was said explicitly so I can only assume what might have happened)
I liked that you took the time to slowly progress Chrys and Shay's relationship over the course of the story and that you didn't stop at them getting together but actually showed them interacting as a couple. (and dealing with problems, too, though not in the most skillful way at first) (but I think the little imperfections make their relationship more realistic so props for that 👌)
Also, let me just say that the art was beautiful and the GUI was so well-made (I really loved how the text fit neatly within the lines in the textbox, as if it was taken straight out of a notebook). It was a pleasure to play through. Great job! 💕
