Well I am new in this game and I can't able to build mine I try to build it but it's say not enough iron even tho there is no need for iron

You're right, it's a bug that the construction requires 1 iron for the mine in the south. I removed it for the next update. You can build the mine in the north first, to get that one iron the construction has as requirement. Thanks for letting me know about this issue.
