I bought this game but just wanted to know if itch.io will make me pay for updates or whenever it fully releases if I'll have to pay for it again sorry if this is a dumb question but just curious.

No worries, is a reasonable question. You wont have to pay anymore, you will get all versions until v 1.0

Thanks for the response and by 1.0 do you mean when the game fully releases you would have to pay for it again?

When the game fully releases as version 1.0 you will have access to it. After that, If I decide to add expansions and an extra version of the game that would be sold as a different product.
