it's not common but does show up a couple times if you seek it, it's easy to avoid though if you want and the only "required" scene about that is about the wolves and Serena in the beginning, which you have the choice to be completely uninvolved with other than witnessing it. however, the number of scenes with it is I believe like 7 creatures? the Horse, wolves/wolf companion, the stray dog you take home from bareshade and the other one in bareshade you can't take home, the wolbauk later but that's kinda just a weird horse thing, and the cave crawler, I think. might be like 1 or 2/that I can't remember but those are the only ones I have really seen mentioned lol. the only scene ever required with it though is as I said the thing with Serena. also, some of them locked until a certain requirement is met so it's a little hard to unlock these without intentionally going for them. in comparison to scenes with... not that I literally cannot list them lol. prolly over like 200 scenes of people screwing and all of them can consent actively.
Bestiality is a hide mechanic that can be turned on and off based on your action towards the feral enemies. If, during the battle, you see the Dire Wolf art with his sheath exposed, it means it's toggled on.
If you do not feel comfortable with them, just don't build a good reputation with them and the game won't be using it.
By my experience, the first time I played I didn't even notice we could actually have sex with ferals lol. I just noticed on my second gameplay, since I am building a loving rep with all enemies.
