As I know the license for assets of https://pixerelia.itch.io/ don't allow any redistribution so if your asset pack includes them it is violation...

My package does not include them, they are only credits since I only used them as an example

The line "The items are not my property but I leave links to the original author." looks while all the pack isn't your property.... I recommend you to concertize what you mean...
