PD: I forgot to show it in the video, but opening the menu works, the problem is only the image that is not visible
That's odd. Because you get a "now loading" showing up I assume your game has issues loading the next map properly. You can try redownloading the game or using a different archive manager to extract it from the zip. That's the best I can think of right now, as this doesn't seem to be a common problem.
