U wanna play sniper and are u sick from melee rushers towards to u? Simple.. use rapier for it! Enjoy!
well this applies for all classes it's just up to the player which melee helps best
I suggest rapier for quick kills and melee rushers. Kinda effective in close-range.

nice however rapier is a little expensive for early snipers
I totally forgot rapier's price. If u can't use rapier then u can use alternative dagger for the speed attack but dagger hasn't a reach like rapier.

If you use the long sword, it will be better because it kills with only two hits..when you hit with bow once and then with the sword once, it will be faster..
