A game with a lot of aesthetic and hard work behind it! Just some small complaints holding it back for me...
Pros:
- Amazing shader and aesthetic, I mean the art style on this game is really well executed.
- Music was very good and ambient, and the sound design was satisfying
- Gameplay was good, if not challenging (but who doesn't love a challenge ;)) and props for the online leaderboard too!
Ways To Improve:
- The shooting mechanic got painful fast, I think it would have benefited from automatic fire considering how bullet spongy the meteors are
- The scores should probably gravitate towards the player ship, because a lot of the deaths come from being pushed away by the meteor's debris and not being able to get the orbs.
I actually really did enjoy the game though, and a lot of work went into this submission! Great work, and wish you the best!
