I only have a laptop and yes I press new game i only have 4.00 GB of ram
Oof yeah, it might take a while to load if only 4GB's. Turn down the quality settings and wait on the screen for a while for it to load.

Dang, maybe used up too much RAM. I'd make sure all other apps are closed, but otherwise just need a better device.
