Porn games are forbidden on AppStore, and outside downloadable apps are pretty complicated for iOS
They’ve gotten more simple over the years, you don’t even need a computer to side load anymore to do it all you need is an app that installs trollstore and then you can install any ipa to your phone as long as it’s the right architecture.
