The ability to kick/throw sand or dirt in their faces to obscure their vision for a short amount of time, or something similiar, would be cool. Maybe it could have quite a low sucess chance so it could be used in a worst case scenario and not overused/abused. It could also work on only on enemy at at time so being chased by one guy it's a fairly decent tactic, but with several it could make you stop long enough for the others to catch up.
Enemies could also react by flailing their weapons wildly about in this kind of state, so it wouldn't work as well in an ordinary fight.
