Hey! My mom went through two surgeries and chemo in 2016. In 2017 she finished her treatments, and now she's fine. Now she has appointments once a year. The most important thing when someone fights cancer is their state of mind. Your support makes a huge difference. Try to be with her and make her have a good time all you can. Stay possitive yourself. Just be confident, and trust her. She can do it! I was the one taking my mom to every appointment, and went shopping, eat ice cream, or just get out and enjoy ourselves all we could. Sometimes she didn't felt too well, then I made her know I will always be there for her. If she goes through chemo don't use metallic forks or spoons. My mom only digested soup, everything else she would throw up. Stay in high spirit for her, don't let her see you down. She needs you to be her sustain.
