This is a really cool idea! I like the simple controls and it's pretty fun to toss your followers around lol. I like the muted gray color palette you used too, it really fits the rainy/overcast theme.
I'm not sure if I fully understand how to play though. After getting to the first level that lets you build huts for new followers, I feel like they end up starving no matter what I do. I can never seem to hit the winning food threshold. I'm probably missing something, or maybe just spawning too many mouths to feed lol.
Regardless, great job! Clever use of the theme and wildcards!
